VPK Packaging has announced the appointment of Jeremy Anderson as managing director for UK & Ireland, as the business presses ahead with its growth strategy.
He joins from DS Smith where he held various senior management positions during his time there, including as sector director with responsibility for five business units across 21 locations, and latterly for the past 18 months as programme director.
Reporting into Wim Messiaen, head of the corrugated packaging division at VPK Group, Jeremy will be responsible for the seven VPK sites across the UK & Ireland.
“I am delighted to have joined the business and look forward to continuing to build the success of VPK and lead the team into our next phase of growth,” he said.
Wim Messiaen added, “We are pleased to have appointed Jeremy to this key role and are excited to work with him as he builds on the good foundations already in place in the UK & Ireland.”
