VANDEN Recycling is embarking on a global recruitment drive as the business continues to grow.
The company revealed it is looking to fill around 60 roles in a number of departments, from finance and factory posts through to purchasing, logistics, shipping, and sales.
Vanden added that the move has been prompted by ‘huge demand’ in the recycling sector, with plans to hire talent to fill positions around the UK, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Australia.
The business currently handles over 100 grades of recoverable plastics, servicing hundreds of customers across 35 countries. Its UK operation this year celebrated its 10th anniversary.
Global HR director Matt Haynes said, “The recycling industry is expanding, and Vanden is growing alongside it to meet the huge demands with the aim of becoming the world’s largest recycled plastics commodity company. To be able to achieve this we need the very best people, and we are hiring to fill roles across all our major locations, both in the UK and overseas.
“As a values-led organisation, we are dedicated to attracting the very best candidates to these roles – nurturing staff and working as a team to bring out the best not only in our employees around the world, but to add value to our customers.”
