MACPAC has revealed the business can now supply a range of packaging wax melt moulds to customers.
With in-house capability to design and manufacture bespoke formats, the company added that it has a stock range of production tools ready to produce product to order.
The firm’s range of clamshell and pots and lids formats include ‘Snap Bar’ styles, segmented pots and lids, heart cavities, and star cavities.
“Every pack has been developed with the heat of the wax being taken into consideration,” Macpac stated. “Every wax melt pack produced has been designed to stay stable when being filled at a high temperature. Whether it is a simple wax melt snap bar clam pack or a detailed wax melt heart or star shape with bespoke engraving, we ensure the packaging will be up to the job. Macpac can supply free of charge standard pack samples for heat testing before bulk purchase.”
Macpac said R-PET is the choice of material to produce ‘environmentally responsible’ wax melt moulds. The material contains a minimum of 80% recycled content whilst the pack is 100% recyclable after use.
