PEPSI-CO has produced new packaging for Rockstar Energy Drink following its recent acquisition of the caffeinated drinks brand.
The corporation said that the new design seeks to give the drink a new visual identity through the ‘bold’ packaging, which sees the brand’s star logo ‘modernised’ through an ‘elevated’ colour palette of metallic gold and black.
Stephen White, senior director of design at PepsiCo Global Beverages, commented, “We are excited to take the new design system to the next level on the international stage. With this new visual identity for Rockstar Energy Drink, we hope to elevate the brand and make it more distinctive and inviting for our consumers around the world.”
