Minions bring some cheer to bread aisles

BRIOCHE Pasquier has announced it will be running a Minions on-pack promotion over the coming months.

The characters will be featured on the packaging for the firm’s Brioche Rolls and Brioche Rolls with Chocolate Chips.

Each pack includes a sticker or card with a unique code which can be logged into an online entry for a chance to win one of thousands of prizes. There are ten Lego Minions toy sets to be won along with 1,990 Minions stationery sets complete with handy carry case.

In addition, every packet of PITCH Chocolate filled and PITCH Choc Chip products contains a collectable character card, each featuring a different Minions character.

Brioche Pasquier’s retail sales manager, Charlotte Hulbert, said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with the Minions in order to bring children their favourite film characters together with their favourite brioche rolls and snacks. This promotion is aimed at supporting our retailers, helping them to grow sales and attract new customers.

“The Minions franchise has a huge following amongst children and adults who will all be thrilled to see the yellow Minions figures popping up on their packets of Brioche Rolls and PITCH. In these Covid times we all need a bit of cheering up, and so we hope our Minions packaging, prizes and collectables will bring a little daily joy to children who have been living under the cloud of the virus all year.”
