COMPLIANCE scheme Valpak has appointed Kieran Roche as director of new business.
He joins from CBRE Group, where he was commercial director for property management.
“Valpak is well-known for reliability and quality of service when it comes to compliance, but in recent years the team has developed a range of services that help customers address challenges across the whole packaging supply chain,” he said. “We anticipate demand for these value-added services to escalate in light of the changes to producer responsibility legislation, and it is our ambition to support our customers in a manner that leaves them healthier.”
Valpak is part of the Reconomy group. As well as managing packaging, WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) and battery compliance, Valpak said it has developed a suite of services designed to ‘ease the path to more sustainable packaging design and straightforward compliance’.
