Investment in people recognition for APS

AUTOMATED Packaging Systems has announced it has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation for the 19th year.

The accreditation has to be renewed each year by an IIP practitioner who conducts a questionnaire with a sample size of employees to benchmark the company’s performance. The criteria includes nine indicators and 27 themes that analyse if the business is outperforming industry norms.

Automated Packaging Systems said it supports its staff in developing skills such as leadership and expertise, listens to feedback and makes improvements to the workplace culture.

Managing director Peter Wylie said, “We are incredibly proud of our brilliant team here at Automated Packaging Systems and strive to listen to and motivate them. People are a strong part of our ethos so, looking ahead, we are committed to further develop services that not only improve customer service, but also employee experience.”
