MAGNERS Irish Cider’s Dark Fruit flavour is now available in glass bottles across the UK.
The 500ml bottle, which features purple labelling, is available in both on and off-trade markets, and will be distributed in Scotland by Tennent Caledonian Breweries.
The flavour joins the Magners “premium” glass range, which also includes original apple, pear and orchard berries. It is also available in can and on draught.
Janette Murray, group marketing manager, Irish cider at C&C commented, “After the fantastic reception to Magners Dark Fruit through the UK on and off-trade, it made perfect sense to add the product to our bottle collection.
“We’re confident in our decision to also package Dark Fruit in glass and believe drinkers will enjoy the serve, whether at home or in bar. The response has been really positive with almost 400 cases sold in Scotland in the first week, which really proves the consumer demand is there.”
