Fiona MacDougall with Janet, the Lady Mayoress and The Lord Mayor of Chester, Councillor Alex Black

JIFFY Packaging was represented at a special lunch in Cheshire to mark a visit by the Queen and the Duchess of Sussex to the county.

Fiona MacDougall, sales and marketing director, has worked at Jiffy’s Winsford HQ for 16 years. The business has been manufacturing in Cheshire since 1964, with the firm’s Padded Bag still being produced on the same machine that was installed 54 years ago.

Jiffy was invited to the Royal lunch by the chairman of Cheshire West and Chester Council, councillor Bob Rudd and The Lord Mayor of Chester, councillor Alex Black.

Fiona MacDougall said, “It was a huge privilege and honour for Jiffy to be represented at this majestic luncheon and to be part of The Queen and Duchess of Sussex’s historic visit to Cheshire. I made some great connections with other guests over lunch and even managed to get a photograph with The Lord Mayor of Chester and his wife, Janet, The Lady Mayoress.”
