Grant appointed new DataLase chief technical officer

ALLY Grant has been appointed chief technical officer at print solutions specialist DataLase.

He previously worked at Fujifilm Speciality Ink Systems for five years as product manager and, prior to that, was futures ink manager at Memjet. He has also had spells at SunJet and Sun Chemical.

DataLase said Ally holds around 30 patents, primarily in ink formulation chemistry and associated fields.

As CTO, Ally will be instrumental to the executive leadership team as we continuously strive to innovate our technology platforms to shape and drive the future of the digital printing industry.”
