CORRUGATED cardboard manufacturer SAICA Pack scooped four Gold gongs at the recent Starpack Awards, including Packaging Team of the Year, which it won jointly with Diageo.
Judges praised SAICA’s work with long-standing partner Diageo on spirits case optimisation, which seeks to enhance the performance of all whisky and white spirit cases.
SAICA Pack’s innovation project manager Jason Fenton commented, “Our partnership with Diageo relies on collaboration at every occurrence of the supply chain which ensure tangible results can be delivered. To have our partnership with Diageo recognised at the prestigious Starpack Awards was wonderful.”
The company also won awards for its e-commerce wine pack, salmon RRP pack and shelf-ready transit pack.
