SENIOR figures from Contact Originators, a packaging origination and graphics management company, have been appointed to the European Flexographic Association (EFIA) board of directors and EFIA Awards judging panel.
Steve Mulcahy, CEO of Contact Originators, has been appointed to EFIA’s board of directors. He has a 35-year paper career ranging from sales and business fixing to manufacturing and process control.
He said, “EFIA’s work is vital for promoting the significant contribution made by print to the country’s economy and for securing the sector’s future success, so I am delighted to join the board of directors. As CEO of Contact Originators, it is important for me to be involved with the association’s advancement of the print industry.”
Meanwhile, Les Jones, print innovation and product development manager at Contact Originators, has joined the EFIA Awards judging panel. This is comprised of industry representatives selected from print, supply, brand owners and retailers. Mr Jones has been involved in the print sector for 32 years.
He added, “I am honoured to join the EFIA Awards judging panel and look forward to seeing the amazing innovations made by the flexo industry. It is gratifying that Contact Originators’ outstanding reputation has been acknowledged with my appointment and that of Steve Mulcahy and it will be a pleasure for us to represent the company through our work with EFIA.”
