BOXSHOP has launched new branding to assist its intended positioning as “Scotland’s leading manufacturer of corrugated cardboard packaging.”
Operating from a central 85,000 ft² base in East Kilbride, the company has recently invested £8 million in new machinery and an expansion of its premises. MD Douglas Lamb said: “Boxshop’s strategy of continual investment in state-of-the-art machinery and best practice production techniques ensures that we continue to deliver a quality box that is cost-effective and the best solution for the customer.”
Boxshop claims to offer Scotland’s premier inventory management service for boxes. All pallets are barcoded and controlled by a wireless control system, generating accurate real-time stock reports fully tailored to suit individual customers’ needs.
The purpose built, fully racked unit in East Kilbride offers space for 2,000+ pallets, with an additional 500+ pallet spaces in its North East depot.
