ITALY’S leading manufacturer of creamed vegetables has become the first producer to pack its products in squeezy plastic bottles from RPC Containers Corby.
Serbosco Srl says the new packaging delivers important brand image, safety and convenience benefits.
The company selected the 670ml ‘top down’ Orion bottle from RPC Corby with a 38mm valveless cap from RPC Halstead. The multi-layer polypropylene bottle incorporates an inner layer of EVOH to prevent oxygen ingress and provide a minimum of 12 months shelf life for the products, which are also pasteurised during the filling process.
